DIRECTIONS TO BUCKLEY HOMESTEAD COUNTY PARK Take I-65 to Lake County (located in the northwest part of the state), Indiana. Exit at the Lowell Exit (route 2) going west. Continue towards the town of Lowell and you will see the Buckley Homestead County Park signs located just before Hendricks Street. Turn south on Hendricks Street, and the parking lot is located around a half mile down the road. Follow the trail to the Buckley Homestead County Park.   OR   Take Highway 41 to Route 2 (Lake County, IN). Then go East on Route 2 all the way through the town of Lowell. Once you have passed through the beautiful town of Lowell, look for Buckley Homestead County Park sign, and then turn south on Hendricks Street, which takes you to the parking area (a half mile down the road).
